Sonsuz Enerji Holding B.V.

Sonsuz Enerji Holding B.V. is an incorporated 50-50 Joint Venture between Geothermeon AG and the Dutch Transmark Renewable Products B.V. The company's office is located in Utrecht, Netherlands. The Joint Venture's initial objective is the development of geothermal resources in Turkey.

The operational entity of the Joint Venture is the Turkish Sonsuzluk Ltd., which has its office in Izmir and is currently developing several geothermal exploration licenses in Western Turkey (Projects/Turkey).

Geothermeon is the project operator and also in charge of the reservoir management, while Transmark EDS (an affiliated drilling company of the Transmark Group) is responsible for the management of all drilling related tasks. 

Bringing together market leading expertise in geothermal resource development, directional drilling and project finance, the Sonsuz Enerji Joint Venture forms an outstanding integrated platform for covering the most critical aspects of geothermal project development.
